Cruciform
How are you being formed by the Cross? Are you being formed by the cross? We were created to be cruciform (cruci = cross, form = shaped). Paul wrote to the church at Ephesus Ephesians 2:4-5 saying: "... But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ..." I remember that: Love that goes upward is worship; Love that goes outward is affection; Love that goes sideways is prayer; Love that stoops is grace. Jesus, may all that is you flow into me.
