A Pathway to God & Others
Authentic Christianity is less about embracing a set of beliefs and more about learning a way of life—a way that teaches us how to give ourselves away. It is the lifelong practice of offering our love, our lives, and ultimately even our death into God’s hands, echoing the words of Jesus: “Into your hands I commend my spirit” (Psalm 31:5; Luke 23:46)
Paradoxically, it is in this self-giving that we discover our deepest connections: with the world around us, with all of creation, with one another, and, most profoundly, with God. In losing ourselves through love, we find the fullness of the life for which we were created.
